It is well known that the Grand Canal proudly represents Venice… But there is a place where the Grand Canal separates into streams and meets the Canal Regio. At this crossing, a magic appearance comes true: here the ‘glorious river’ does not only represent a simple background, but becomes the so-admired perspective that everybody knows.
Here it is located our B&B, in the front row, and we are waiting for you to offer an experience full of art, entertainement and relax!
We live at the upper floors of Palazzo Zen, on the Grand Canal, in the Riva di Biasio area. We are close both to the train station and Piazzale Roma, in case you will reach Venice by car. A ten minutes walk will lead you to Rialto Bridge.
This peculiar view was represented during the centuries not only by Canaletto (1730), but also by various artists.

My definition of hospitality
Managing to somehow exceed our customers’ expectations. This is the mission of my B&B.
Venice was founded to be an hospitable place
Our city was founded hosting people from the mainland, who had fled from Barbarian invasions. From there, Venice has continued developing its trades inside and outside the Mediterranean Sea.
